What is UTI ?
A urinary tract infection (UTI) is an infection that occurs in any part of the urinary system, which includes the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra. Most UTIs involve the lower urinary tract, which consists of the bladder and urethra. UTIs are caused by bacteria, and sometimes by fungi or viruses, entering the urinary tract and multiplying.

Urgency: A sudden, strong urge to urinate that can be difficult to control.
Burning Sensation: A burning feeling during or after urination.
Cloudy or Foul-Smelling Urine: The urine may appear cloudy, dark, or have a strong, unpleasant odor.
Blood in Urine: Sometimes, the urine may contain visible blood, which can make it look pink, red, or brownish.
Pelvic Pain: Pain or pressure in the lower abdomen or pelvis, particularly in women.
Low-Grade Fever: A mild fever may occur, especially if the infection has spread to the kidneys.
Lower Back Pain: If the infection spreads to the kidneys, you may experience pain in the lower back or sides, often accompanied by fever and chills.
